About Us
Our client is an award-winning, women-only organisation established in 1998, dedicated to supporting women and girls who have experienced domestic abuse and those with short-term sentences to reduce reoffending. We empower women to lead safe, non-violent, and independent lives, ensuring they have access to the support they need.
We operate through a community-based approach, offering best-practice support to women in local settings, including women’s centres. We work in close partnership with other agencies to provide a holistic and effective service.
Our values: Listen and Support | Empower and Respect | Collaborate | Innovate | Accountability

- Work closely with Pre-Release Teams to secure suitable housing and financial assistance for clients.
- Advocate for women within the prison system, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Facilitate group interventions and structured support sessions within the prison environment.
- Identify safeguarding concerns, ensuring all relevant procedures and risk assessments are followed.
