Role: Finance Team Manager
Salary: £23,826 - £28,251 per year
Contract: 3 months on going
Location: Hereford
Working: Hybrid (2 days office/3 days home)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring the efficient delivery of payroll, pensions, HR administration, and contractual services. This role supports compliance, continuous improvement, and high-quality service aligned with performance standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll, pension, and HR administrative support.
- Support payroll processing, including weekly/monthly runs and BACS/third-party payments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and handle HMRC reconciliations.
- Manage client invoicing (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Provide first-line support for payroll and HR queries.
- Monitor service delivery against SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify and support improvements to processes and systems for better efficiency.
