We are excited to bring an exclusive private sector client to your attention based in Manchester who are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor (MRICS) to join their consultancy as soon as possible with the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis, this client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy boasting to be one of the leading building and project consultancies with offices in 4 major cities across the country, our client is offering a full time, permanent contract with the ideal candidate being an active Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to have the experience to be responsible for several projects ranging from the value of £500K - £6M with the usual projects including internal common parts and design work, exterior renovation contracts, refurbishment projects and major façade remediation schemes.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working across both the advisory side and project driven parts of the business
- Acting as a Lead Consultant/Project Manager
- Defect Diagnosis & Planned Maintenance Programming
- Landlord & Tenant Matters
- Party Wall & General Advice
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require an active Membership of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)

- Project Management & Contract Administration
- JCT & NEC Contracts
- Skilled in a range of procurement routes and forms of contracts
The Package:
- £58,000 - £65,000 Dependent on Experience
