Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct mental health assessments and create individual care plans tailored to the needs of service users.
- Clinical Care: Provide high-quality clinical support, offering expert advice and treatment options for individuals experiencing substance misuse and related mental health concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each individual.
- Recovery Focused: Empower individuals to take control of their recovery, offering support and guidance through their journey.
- Ongoing Support: Monitor and review care plans, ensuring consistent support and adapting treatment as needed.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN): Current NMC registration and a passion for working in mental health and substance misuse.
- Experience: Previous experience in a mental health or substance misuse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment: A genuine interest in supporting individuals in their recovery and making a positive impact on their lives.
