The Role
Key purpose of the role it to provide high-quality valuations for lending purposes and private home surveys, utilising market-leading iPad technology, while maintaining professionalism and autonomy in managing your workload.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Delivering timely and accurate property reports for residential valuations
- Managing your geographical area and ensuring strong relationships with residents
- Introducing new inspection techniques to enhance service delivery
- Acting as an ambassador when visiting properties, maintaining high service standards
- Adapting to changing business needs and fostering client relationships
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require:
- RICS Accreditation (essential)
- Experience in residential surveying (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent report writing skill
- Proficiency with iPad technology for property inspections
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage workload autonomously
