The Role
Key purpose of the role is to oversee the management and coordination of a new build site, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical drawings and project specifications.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing site operations and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Reviewing and interpreting construction technical drawings.
- Conducting scaffold inspections and ensuring site safety measures are met.
- Approving timesheets and reporting progress to senior management.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - in date
- First Aid Certification
- Scaffold Inspection Certificate
- Manual Handling Training
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Working at Height Certification
- Previous experience in running a new build site
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such is offering £23 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. 20 per hour PAYE).
