Service Care Solutions are pleased to present an exciting opportunity, working in partnership with our established client to recruit an experienced Sales Executive in the Castle Donington area, a short commute from Derby and Leicester. Our client are a specialist manufacturer of luxury portable products including dance floors, bar units and staging, supplying to all aspects of the hospitality sector; including Hotels, Wedding Venues, Conference Centres and Sports Clubs on a Global scale (UK, EU, International).

The service are seeking a passionate, target-driven and self-motivated Sales Executive who can build trust and stable relationships with existing and new clients. The ideal Sales Executive will have pro-active listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with key influencers and decision makers. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity.

Job Purpose: Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000-£27,500 p/a + Uncapped Commission (£8k+ OTE p/a)

Location: Castle Donington, Derbyshire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:00

Contract: Full-time | 37.5 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting high quality one to one telephone conversations with decision makers and influencers within the Hospitality industry
  • Fact finding and asking the right questions to ascertain information and sell the features and benefits of the product line to consumers
  • Generating trust through professional relationships with the key decision makers and influencers
  • Build persuasive rapports, trust and develop strong business relationships with the key decision makers within the Hospitality industry
  • Full co-ordination of the sales process; developing the lead, negotiating, closing the sale at the earliest opportunity and invoicing
  • To provide a physical presence trade shows a few times a year

Essential

  • Previous experience within a B2B Sales role - 2 Years
  • Proven track-record of Lead Generation and Closing Sales - 2 Years
  • Previous experience within Hospitality/Leisure industries
