Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Providing strong leadership and management to a dedicated team of residential support workers.
- Developing and implementing individual care plans tailored to the needs of each person.
- Creating a positive and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development
- Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring the smooth running
- Building strong relationships with external agencies, including social workers, schools, and healthcare professionals.
- Leading and managing inspections.
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare
- You hold a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
