Service Care Solutions is currently expanding our workforce and seeking Registered General Nurses with experience in caring for elderly and frail patients.
Contract: Agency Block Booking: 3 Days a week minimum commitment.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered General Nurse:
- Act as a role model, delivering person-centred, high-standard clinical nursing care.
- Take charge as the nominated nurse and ensure safe staffing levels using an agreed patient dependency scoring tool.
- Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of all residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments, and lead on planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
- Collaborate supportively with clinical teams, care home staff, and families to uphold the highest standards of resident care.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in elderly care and/or working in frailty services within older persons' settings, community care, social care, acute hospitals, or care homes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.

Umbrella Ltd Rate:
- Weekday Day: £26.00
- Saturdays and Nights: £27.00
- Sundays: £30.00
- Bank Holiday: £36.00
