Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Agency Role
Location: Bridgewood Care Home, Enfield
Start Date: June 2025
Pay Rate: £22 per hour (PAYE inclusive)
Contract Type: Agency / Locum
Hours: Flexible shifts available (Days/Nights/Weekends)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work on an agency basis at Bridgewood Care Home in Enfield. This role is ideal for nurses who are looking for flexibility while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care in a supportive and professional care home environment. The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, escalating concerns when necessary
  • Work closely with care staff, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
Essential Requirements:
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
  • Previous experience in elderly or residential care settings
  • Up-to-date clinical skills and understanding of care planning
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
