re you a skilled and compassionate Band 5 Nurse seeking flexibility in your work schedule? We're looking for motivated general nurses to provide exceptional care across a variety of inpatient wards on an ad hoc or flexible basis in Macclesfield.
Role Overview
As a Band 5 General Nurse, you'll deliver high-quality care to patients in diverse inpatient settings. This role is perfect for those looking to supplement their current commitments or enjoy the freedom of flexible working, while still making a meaningful impact on patient care.
- Shifts: up to 12-hour flexible shifts, including long days and nights
- Pay: From £22 ph ltd up to £34ph ltd per hour (£19.94- £30.48 PAYE Inclusive Equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Work across different wards, adapting to varied patient needs and care environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards at all times.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Experience in acute inpatient care across acute, medical or surgical wards is desirable.
- Strong adaptability to work in different ward environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
