Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our well-established Qualified Social Work desk, centred around the growth of the team. You will receive one to one support to grow your market share across the north of the UK, where we currently supply into every single Local Authority.

Within this opportunity, a high billing consultant has a massive opportunity to build a team of their own and shape this accordingly. You will be a market leader for candidate care and customer satisfaction and have the drive to place the highest quality social worker candidates into very demanding and rewarding positions. This ensures that our candidates deliver positive outcomes for vulnerable adults and young people.

This is a well-established desk, so the ability to build relationships within the social care sector is key, with both Clients and potential candidates.

The Serious Details:

• Basic Salary of £28,000 with great commission structure
