Role Purpose


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for project coordination? We are seeking an ICT Project Coordinator to monitor project throughput and processes within the ICT Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects align with governance cycles, budgets, and departmental priorities.




Key Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring: Track project progress and ensure alignment with governance cycles.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage individual project expenditures and maintain an overall departmental budget overview.
  • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with IS Managers to allocate resources effectively.
  • Reporting: Collate and prepare project reports for governance boards.



Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Educational Background: A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with software tools, Gantt charts, and critical path analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Assertive and confident in interacting with staff at all levels.
  • Planning & Analysis: Strong numerical and analytical abilities for budget monitoring and project planning.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using spreadsheets for tracking project expenditures and budgets.
  • Influencing Skills: Excellent listening and influencing abilities to identify and meet project staffing needs.
