Join Our Caring Family as an Ofsted Registered Manager – Chorley

Are you a compassionate and inspiring leader with a heart for young people? We are looking for a dedicated Ofsted Registered Manager to establish and lead a 2-bed children's home in Chorley for young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for setting up and managing the home, leading the Ofsted registration process, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will create a warm, structured environment that promotes stability, growth, and positivity for the young people in your care.

    Who You Are:
    • A natural leader with a deep commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

    • Experienced in residential childcare (3+ years required).

    • At least 1 year of experience managing a children’s home.

    • A strong communicator who can build relationships and create a nurturing environment.

    • A dedicated professional who understands the complexities of supporting young people with EBD.

    • A holder of a full UK Driving Licence (required).

    Schedule:
    • Full-time role

    • Monday to Friday (with flexibility as needed)
