Are you a compassionate and inspiring leader with a heart for young people? We are looking for a dedicated Ofsted Registered Manager to establish and lead a 2-bed children's home in Chorley for young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).

About the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for setting up and managing the home, leading the Ofsted registration process, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will create a warm, structured environment that promotes stability, growth, and positivity for the young people in your care.

- Experienced in residential childcare (3+ years required).
- At least 1 year of experience managing a children’s home.
- A strong communicator who can build relationships and create a nurturing environment.
- A dedicated professional who understands the complexities of supporting young people with EBD.
- A holder of a full UK Driving Licence (required).
- Full-time role
- Monday to Friday (with flexibility as needed)
