Service Care Solutions are pleased to present an exciting opportunity supporting our established client to recruit an experienced New Patient Success Advisor for a Permanent opportunity in the Lincoln area. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, patient-centric individual, guiding prospective patients on their journey towards an ADHD diagnosis and treatment. As a New Patient Success Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals as they take the first steps towards understanding and managing ADHD. Your role will involve explaining the benefits, process, and potential outcomes of ADHD diagnosis and treatment plans, ensuring potential patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their journey.
Our Client are a private healthcare provider specialising in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, providing services both in-person and remotely on a national scale. The service is patient-focused and provides a world class service to their patients.
Job Purpose: Enquiries Administrator
Pay: £24,544 per annum (rising to £25,545 after successful 6 month probationary period)
Bonus: £150 Welcome Bonus, paid via Service Care Solutions
Location: Lincoln, United Kingdom
Contract: 5 Days / 40 Hours per Week (includes Paid Lunch Breaks)
The successful candidate will guide patients through the initial assessment stage, explaining each step clearly and compassionately, and help them understand their treatment options. By building strong relationships and delivering excellent patient care, you will ensure a smooth and supportive experience for those seeking help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with prospective patients to explain the benefits and process of ADHD diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Establishing relationships to create a supportive and comfortable environment for patients.
- Upselling treatment plans post-assessment.
- Handling both reactive and proactive enquiries to boost conversion rates from marketing efforts.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of ADHD, treatments, and the clinic's unique approach to provide accurate information.
- Coordinating with clinical and front-office teams to ensure seamless communication and patient experience.
Requirements:
- Experience using MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel (Essential)
- Excellent telephone communication skills, combining compassion with task focus (Essential)
- Knowledge of ADHD and its treatments (Essential)
- A degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field (Desirable)
- Experience in a Sales role, or selling the benefits of private treatment services (Desirable)
