We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dedicated maintenance team within a Local Authority. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance tasks across our housing stock, in our void properties ensuring they are safe, secure, and maintained to the highest standards working hours 7:30-16:00 Monday- Thursday and 5 hours on Friday working

you will be required to carry out some of the following: Plumbing, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Painting/Decorating, Plastering and Wall Tiling

you will need :

• Driving license
• to be qualified specialist in a specific trade
