Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an NHS service in Evesham on a temporary agency contract. - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)
- Pay Rate: £27 Ltd per hour (Day shifts)
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop care plans tailored to patients’ complex needs.
- Provide person-centered interventions, crisis management, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.
- Offer guidance, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS policies and standards.
- Qualifications: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration.
- Experience: Previous experience working as a CPN in a community setting.
- Skills: Strong assessment, care planning, and crisis intervention abilities.
- Compliance: Up-to-date DBS check and right to work in the UK.
