Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Leaving Care Personal Advisor in Westminster.
We’re looking for an empathetic, motivated, and experienced Leaving Care Personal Advisor to join our dynamic Leaving Care Team. If you have experience supporting Looked After Children (LAC) and Care Leavers, we want to hear from you.
Pay rate – £21.68 PAYE / £27 Umbrella per hour.
Main Responsibilities
As a Leaving Care Personal Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Support Care Leavers to make a successful transition to adulthood.
- Deliver direct interventions to help young people develop independence and life skills.
- Assist in creating, implementing, and reviewing Pathway Plans, ensuring young people are actively involved.
- Provide coaching and motivational support to build confidence and resilience.
- Safeguard young people during their transition, ensuring suitable accommodation and access to education, training, or employment.
Requirements:
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent), or substantial experience working directly with children and young people.
- Must have experience working with Looked After Children (LAC) and/or Care Leavers.
