Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Lead Psychologist supporting service users with complex mental health needs, designing psychological treatments. The successful candidate will provide specialist psychological service and recovery focussed rehabilitation for Men aged 18 and Older.
You'll lead the psychology department in providing a variety of therapeutic approaches to service users, including CBT, EMDR, and DBT, and will provide guidance, support, and supervision to your team of Psychologists and Assistants, including responsibility for mentoring and their training (with support from the Learning & Development Team).

Pay Rate: £59,097 per annum + £250 SCS Sign-Up Bonus
Location: Tadworth, Surrey
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 09:00-17:00 | 37.5hrs
Contract: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a complex caseload as the individual psychological therapist working within a multi-disciplinary team, monitoring clinical progress through regular reviews of psychological treatment.
- To carry out comprehensive psychological and cognitive assessments on patients with complex Mental Health Issues.,
- Contributing towards service developments
- To provide specialist psychological advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals contributing to the patient's formulation, interventions, implementation and monitoring of plans.
Requirements
- Doctorate level Qualification in Psychology
- HCPC Registration
- UK Driving Licence
- Significant experience working as a Psychologist within the UK
