The HR Officer will provide essential support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This temporary role requires someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the online recruitment process, ensuring smooth candidate management.
- Manage and maintain the online learning system, assisting employees with access and queries.
- Generate regular HR reports using Business Objects and iTrent reporting systems.
- Coordinate and set up training courses, handling logistics and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, including equality, diversity, and employment best practices.
- Previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of equality, diversity, and HR employment considerations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience with HR systems such as iTrent and Business Objects is desirable.
