The Role Summary
Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Agent to join the team and provide support across the range of services, duties to include being a first point of contact responding to enquires from customers, data input, processing and document management
Your key duties within the role will include:
- Provide back-office and administrative support for repair requests.
- Process and schedule repairs, ensuring accurate job prioritization and contractor liaison.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with policies and GDPR.
- Monitor and resolve work-in-progress repairs, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support invoicing, customer feedback collection, and reporting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Administrative experience, ideally within housing repairs or maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
