We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Housing Liaison Officer to join a team in Haringey on a fill time, temporary basis, with an initial contract period of 3 months.

The Housing Liaison Officer will Respond to, investigate and resolve service requests relating primarily to noise and nuisance, but also complaints relating to other areas within the Environmental Services remit.
To assist in the preparation of the service and enforcement of legal notices under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Control of Pollution Act 1974 and any other legislation that is appropriate.
To be part of a team delivering a high quality, consistent, flexible, value for money comprehensive service to tenants including, new tenancies and tenancy changes interviewing service users and dealing with general enquiries. To be responsible for a range of tenancy management duties and be a visible presence with residents on our estates. Ensuring tenants are well cared for, neighborhoods are clean and safe and resident satisfaction is high.
