Through home visits, group sessions, and community partnerships, you'll create meaningful change that positively impacts children’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
? Providing practical and emotional support to families in need
? Working with children, parents, and carers to improve family dynamics
? Helping families access key services and support networks
? Offering advice and guidance on health, education, and safety
? Collaborating with local agencies to ensure families receive the help they need
Who We’re Looking For:
? You are compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental.
? You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds.
? You have experience (or a strong desire to learn) in working with families facing difficulties.
? You are flexible, proactive, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
? A background in social care, education, or a related field would be an advantage, but we welcome applicants with varied experiences.
