Facilities Team Leader


Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Domestic Cleaner to ensure our clients properties and offices are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and safe environment for our clients and staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, housing legislation, and our clients policies.

Domestic cleaner Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive cleaning services for our clients properties and offices, including communal areas, dispersed accommodations, and vacant properties for re-letting.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed in compliance with health and safety standards, reporting any hazards or faulty equipment promptly.
• Maintain properties in excellent condition, meeting turnaround targets and keeping detailed records of repairs and cleaning activities.
• Work closely with the Facilities Team Lead to address and resolve any issues within properties, ensuring scheduled tasks are completed efficiently.
• Keep an inventory of cleaning equipment and products, conducting monthly audits and reordering as necessary.
• Assist with practical tasks, including covering for colleagues during annual leave or sickness, and occasional travel to other service areas in Wigan and Rochdale.

Domestic cleaner requirements:

• Proven experience in a domestic cleaning role, preferably within residential properties.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Basic IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet usage.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car, with the ability to travel across our clients contract areas.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance.
• Enhanced DBS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and engage in lone working situations.

The Package
This is a Permanent, Domestic cleaner role,36 hours per week.
