We are currently recruiting for Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated team providing care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
🧡 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting children and young people with daily routines, education, and social activities
- Creating a safe, homely, and positive environment
- Building trusting relationships and being a consistent, caring adult role model
- Helping manage behaviours and providing emotional support
- Working as part of a team to promote the wellbeing, development, and safeguarding of each child
- Experience in a residential or care setting is preferred
- A caring, resilient and compassionate nature
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
- A commitment to supporting vulnerable young people to thrive and grow
