Then sourcing these available candidates through a variety of ways, with the end goal being get the best people in the best positions.

What does your day-to-day role look like?

Lots of calls, not always in 1 particular order, but with my day as a whole spending time with the local authorities, time with potential new clients to work with, but the majority of my day is communicating with candidates both new and old, as these are the heartbeat of the job.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

Knowing I can help have a positive impact at several people at a time (both the end users and also the candidates). Knowing you have helped both of them reach a positive outcome gives me the warmest of feelings.
