Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Care Team Leader in Bedford
The Care Team Leader, will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of care staff to ensure that all residents, particularly those living with dementia, receive the highest standards of care.
Pay rate – £14.36 PAYE / £17.88 Umbrella per hour
Main Responsibilities
As a Care Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring safe and accurate practices.
- Update and review residents' care plans, ensuring they reflect individual needs and preferences.
- Liaise with medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care for residents.
- Lead shifts, providing direction, support, and guidance to staff, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and provide person-centered care.
Requirements:
- Experience working with people living with dementia
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience in a similar role
