Job title - Business Support Officer
Location - Liverpool
Contract - Temp - Ongoing
Hours - 35 hours Mon - Friday

Salary: £14.86 Umbrella p/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external customers
- Assist with processing Requests, including Subject Access Requests and Third-Party Applications.
- Manage postal arrangements, including collection and dispatch.
- Utilise IT systems, including Microsoft Office, to support the team and produce accurate reports.
- Maintain service databases and filing systems, both manual and computer-based.
Profile:
- Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
- Organized, with good attention to detail.
