Job Description

Job title - Business Support Officer
Location - Liverpool
Contract - Temp - Ongoing
Hours - 35 hours Mon - Friday
Start Date: Asap
Salary: £14.86 Umbrella p/h

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external customers
  • Assist with processing Requests, including Subject Access Requests and Third-Party Applications.
  • Manage postal arrangements, including collection and dispatch.
  • Utilise IT systems, including Microsoft Office, to support the team and produce accurate reports.
  • Maintain service databases and filing systems, both manual and computer-based.

  • Enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT systems.
  • Organized, with good attention to detail.
