Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join our team for locum assignments across multiple community hospital settings throughout Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for physiotherapists looking to work in a flexible capacity within a supportive, outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of MSK conditions, including first presentation musculoskeletal complaints and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
- Work autonomously within outpatient physiotherapy clinics, delivering evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with the wider MDT and contribute to patient-centred care planning.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS documentation standards.
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Proven NHS experience in an MSK outpatient setting, ideally at Band 6 level
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Immediate start available
- Full-time and part-time hours considered
- £27 per hour (umbrella) / £24.29 PAYE inclusive
- £250 referral fee bonus for any health care professional you refer who we place in to work on a 3-month contract.
- £250 sign up bonus for any qualified professionals that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet
