Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £24,609 per annum
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Type: Permanent
Location: Newcastle, Newburn OR Stanley
Start Date: ASAP


We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join a dynamic Support Services Team working within Property Services. This role is crucial in delivering a high standard of administrative support across a range of operational functions. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high quality, cost-effective administrative support to both internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate job costing data, including inputting timesheets and processing invoices
  • Support compliance contract administration and legal processes
  • Issue repair recharges in line with policy, ensuring cost recovery
  • Liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and support service delivery
  • Provide cover for colleagues, including handling inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Create and distribute compliance and financial reports to key stakeholders
  • Promote use of ICT and contribute to technological improvements across the service
  • Assist with health and safety compliance and ensure policies are followed
  • Actively support continuous improvement, innovation and cultural change across the team
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a complex organisation
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
  • Good working knowledge of building maintenance and safety compliance (desirable)
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (desirable)
  • Full, valid UK driving licence (desirable)
  • Ability to manage workload effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Resilient, flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
