Adaptations Surveyor

Job Description

Service Care Solutions is looking for an experienced Adaptations Surveyor for a client in Haringey.

You will conduct surveys for accessibility adaptations and manage the progression of Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) to ensure that modifications meet client needs and comply with regulations.

This is a full time, ongoing contract offering £35 per hour Umberlla LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys for disability adaptations.
  • Prepare reports and cost estimates.
  • Manage DFG applications from survey to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in public sector or social housing.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and DFG processes.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
