What does your day-to-day look like?

I recruit for support workers and registered mental nurses throughout the South West.

I start my day by sourcing relevant candidates for any vacancies I have. I spend a lot of my day touching base with candidates, building good relationships and a offer an opportunity to express any thoughts or ask any questions. Additionally, I also go through a compliance process and send profiles to hiring managers, asking for approval and making placements.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

Working closely with candidates, helping them secure regular work that suits their needs. I also thrive when set targets, so I thoroughly enjoy working hard to meet my targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
