​What does your role as a Recruitment Consultant involve?

I recruit around the South of England within the Finance sector for qualified and non-qualified professionals. I work with clients for both the public and private sector.

The roles I recruit for are:

• Finance Managers

• Accountants

• Payroll Professionals

• Audit Professionals

• Tax Professionals

What does your day-to-day role look like?

My day-to-day involves connecting with talented finance professionals and matching them with suitable roles. I spend time reviewing candidate applications and discussing job opportunities. I also work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing them with tailored recruitment solutions and support throughout the hiring process.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

What I enjoy most about my role is building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. It’s rewarding to help professionals find their ideal job while supporting businesses in securing the right talent. Every day is different, and I thrive on the challenge of matching skills and experiences to the perfect opportunity.
