About Delanie

Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

I have always worked within customer service, which eventually lead me into recruitment, and I have now been at Service Care Solutions for over 7 years.

What roles do you recruit for and in which areas?

I recruit within the Social Work sector for both Temporary and Permanent positions across East/South London.

What's your favourite quote/piece of advice you've ever been given?

Be kind always.

If you wasn't working in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I've always wanted to be a professional runner and compete in the Olympics.

Lastly, when you're not in work, where can we find you?

I enjoy spending time with my 3 children.
