Role Overview:
As a Waking Night Support Worker in our Semi-Independent Supported Accommodation Home, you will provide vital support to children and young people during nighttime hours. Your role will involve ensuring their safety, offering emotional support, and fostering a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding young people and ensuring their safety overnight.
  • Building trusting relationships and providing emotional support.
  • Supporting young people in developing independence and life skills.
  • Maintaining accurate records of events and care provided during shifts.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Social Work, Youth Justice, or Criminal Justice
  • Experience in high-risk settings and working with mental health needs.
