Location - Hull
Rate- £18.15 - £20.75 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an Umbrella Company)

* The postholder will work collaboratively across the Trust to deliver a programme of initiatives that encompass all elements of workforce projects.
* As an integral member of the Strategic Workforce Team and line managing the Workforce Projects Assistant, the postholder will be a key driver of change with a proactive and pragmatic approach to all things related to our people
* The postholder will be required to understand and continually improve our approach to policy review and refresh, ensuring that as a team we create a suite of resources and materials that are high quality, professional and truly user friendly for our stakeholders and customers
* Using the annual work plan the postholder will be expected to deliver on transformational change programmes showing innovation in our initiatives which ultimately support our people to feel truly engaged
* With experience and knowledge of workforce related expertise, the postholder will assist senior colleagues with the development and delivery of the Workforce and OD Directorate's workforce strategy and action plans.
