Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £20 umbrella an hour (£16.10 PAYE an hour)
Southampton City Council are looking for a Team Standards Coordinator to join their Children’s Services.
Responsibilities:
- Organise systems for planning, monitoring and tracking key statutory activities to ensure full team compliance with statutory responsibilities and expected key activities
- To support information gathering and responses to complaints, alerts and FOI requests to ensure the team is acting in accordance with its published procedures and statutory timescales
- Ensure that all casework information is recorded accurately and fully
- Ensure quality and accuracy of recordings within Case Management systems
Requirements:
- High level of Education (A Level)
- Excellent IT knowledge and applied skills in an office environment
- Experience in using MS Office including Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word etc.
- Proven experience of being proactive and solutions orientated
- Experience of working in an environment of tight deadlines
- Confident in minute taking at complex meetings
