Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and support
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Conduct training and performance evaluations for team members
- Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or community service setting - NVQ Level 3
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to high standards of care
- Relevant certifications or degrees (preferred)
