We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our Supported Living & Autism Division, providing vital care for individuals living with severe learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that may challenge.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support people in achieving independence, dignity, and quality of life in a safe and supportive environment.
? What You’ll Need:
- 12 months+ experience with Learning Disabilities and/or Complex Needs
- Confidence in supporting individuals with autism and challenging behaviours
- Car driver – desirable for travel flexibility
