About the Role
As a Skilled Streetmason, you will be trusted to plan and carry out your own work with minimal supervision, while supporting and guiding less experienced operatives. - Lay granite setts and paving with precision and attention to detail.
- Mentor and supervise junior operatives, supporting their development.
- Plan and prioritise tasks for optimum productivity.

- Deliver works in line with agreed programmes and deadlines.
- Assist with training and safety compliance onsite.
What You will Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in highway construction/street masonry.
- NVQ Level 2 in Highway Maintenance or similar (Level 3 an advantage or working towards).
- CSCS card (relevant trade).
- NRSWA accreditation (current).
- Practical knowledge of materials, specifications, and compaction standards.
- Strong understanding of construction health & safety practices (e.g. IOSH, NPORS, Appointed Person).
- Leadership qualities with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive team relationships.
What’s in It for You
- Opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile public realm and highways schemes.
- Career development and progression opportunities (support to NVQ Level 3).
- A supportive, professional team environment where your input is valued.
- Competitive salary, overtime opportunities, and benefits package.
