We’re seeking an experienced SEO Lead to drive data-driven strategies, enhance organic visibility, and support revenue growth. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-ranking results, leading successful link-building campaigns, and mentoring a high-performing team, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and business growth.
- Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and lead generation, identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO and Digital PR Executives, managing recruitment and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with Content, PR, Web Development, and Paid Search teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO opportunities.
- Present SEO performance reports and strategies to key stakeholders.
- Proven SEO expertise – a track record of improving rankings and increasing revenue.
- Link-building experience – ability to create and implement high-quality campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills – experience with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio.
- Team leadership experience – at least 1 year of managing an SEO team.
- Passionate problem solver – data-driven, ambitious, and revenue-focused.
