Service Care Solutions is working alongside a thriving Local Authority, based in Staffordshire, which needs a Senior Debt Recovery Lawyer to join their Adult Social Care legal team.

ROLE: Senior Debt Recovery Lawyer – Adult Social Care team
LOCATION: Staffordshire – remote working
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months ongoing
RATE: £407 to £444per day umbrella

The responsibilities involved in the Senior Debt Recovery Lawyer role:

Deal with your own Adult Social Care Debt Recovery caseload from start to completion
Handle the recovery of residential and domiciliary care fees from those receiving care, some of whom may lack capacity, and from the estates of deceased customers.
Completing debt recovery negotiations in a wide range of highly complex statutory debt recovery cases.

The Candidate:

Must be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3+ years PQE in Adult Social Care Debt Recovery law
Ideally someone who has worked for a Local Authority legal department
You MUST have Adult Social Care Debt Recovery experience. Candidates without this will NOT be considered.
