Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Senior Community Keyworker in Haringey
The Senior Community Keyworker will liaise and work in partnership with people, group and organisations in the community with the aim of accessing community-based services for people with Leaning disabilities.
Pay rate – £15.83 PAYE / £19.54 Umbrella per hour
Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Community Keyworker you will be responsible for:
- Provide a wide variety of balanced, culturally appropriate meals for people with learning and/or physical disabilities, as well as visitors to the centre and community at large
- To be responsible for the ordering, maintaining and stocktaking of all goods relating to the kitchen
- To work closely with service users and other stakeholders to create and implement opportunities that will enable service users to gain greater presence in the community
- To accommodate and assist in training/supervision of students and volunteers
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience of mentoring and coaching those with learning difficulties
- Enhanced DBS
