Key Responsibilities
• Managing the used car stock profile, sourcing and pricing vehicles competitively
• Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to deliver outstanding results
• Maximising profitability through effective selling techniques and finance penetration
• Ensuring a first-class customer experience from enquiry to handover
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across the used car display and online listings
• Working closely with senior management to develop and deliver strategic plans
About You
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Used Car Manager within a main dealer environment
• A strong understanding of used car valuations, stock management, and digital retailing
• Inspirational leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and delivering an excellent customer experience
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Full UK driving licence
