Resident Liaison Officer 📍 Location: Sittingbourne (Hybrid Working Available)

About the Role Are you passionate about ensuring residents receive the best possible service? We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team, playing a vital role in supporting residents through capital investment works. You’ll be the key point of contact, ensuring clear communication, resolving concerns, and enhancing resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Act as the primary contact for residents affected by investment works, attending pre-work surveys.
✔ Organise and lead resident engagement meetings, ensuring concerns are addressed.
✔ Regularly visit sites to keep residents informed about ongoing and upcoming works.
✔ Prepare and deliver pre-work information packs for residents.
✔ Support resident involvement in focus groups and service development meetings.
✔ Assist in conducting health & safety spot checks.
✔ Manage and resolve complaints, working closely with the customer experience team.
✔ Analyse resident feedback and satisfaction data to drive service improvements.
✔ Maintain accurate records and reports, presenting findings when required.
✔ Promote self-service options via customer portals.
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience in Property/Asset Management or a similar resident-focused role.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
✅ Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve service delivery.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
✅ Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
✅ Knowledge of resident involvement, consultation, and customer service best practices.
✅ A team player who can also work independently and manage their workload effectively.
