Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 16:30pm | Open to part-time
Pay Rate: Day £27ph

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific caseload of individuals with varying levels of mental health needs.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs.
• Regularly review and adjust care plans based on progress and changing needs.
• Administer and monitor the effects of prescribed psychotropic medications.
• Provide immediate support during mental health crises, including risk assessment and de-escalation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must hold a degree in Mental Health Nursing
• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Experience of working within the community is required.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive

We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
