Pay Rate: Day: £21ph | Night £25ph | Sunday £29ph

Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular patient observations to monitor behaviour, mental state, and physical health.
- Delivering evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Preparing and administering prescribed medications, including psychotropic drugs.
- Using de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours and maintain safety.
- Reviewing and updating care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Conducting risk assessments and minimizing potential hazards for patients and staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Mental Health Nursing
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Inpatient experience is required

£21ph LTD | £19.02 PAYE Inclusive | £16.97 Exclusive
£25ph LTD | £22.53 PAYE Inclusive | £20.11 Exclusive
£29ph LTD | £26.05 PAYE Inclusive | £23.24 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
