Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join an NHS team in Nottingham on a contract basis.
Role Details:
- Location: Nottingham
- Contract Type: Temporary/Locum
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: £27 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs.
- Acting as a Care Coordinator (CCO), managing a caseload of service users.
- Providing duty work, ensuring urgent patient needs are met effectively.
- Triage of referrals, identifying appropriate care pathways.
- Carrying out Waiting Well calls to support patients awaiting treatment.
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Previous experience working within community mental health settings is preferred.
- Strong assessment and care coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and work effectively as part of a team.
