Are you an experienced Real Estate Paralegal looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team? Service care are supporting a global law firm who are seeking a motivated individual to join our Legal Services Unit as a Real Estate Paralegal. This team serves as the central paralegal team assisting our associates and partners across various departments in our UK offices. The candidate can be based at the Glasgow or Edinburgh office in Scotland which ever maybe a best fit for them.

About the Role:

As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our thriving Real Estate team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Conducting legal research and due diligence
  • Drafting and reviewing documents
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external parties

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal in real estate or property law
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
