Reablement Carer
Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Reablement Carer in Ealing.
The Reablement Carer will be part of the Ealing Reablement team. This will be domiciliary care in Ealing, the hours will be 14 per week, weekends only.
Pay rate - £16.08 PAYE / £20.72 Umbrella
Main Responsibilities
As a Reablement Carer you will be responsible for:
- Supporting with Personal care, washing and dressing
- Meal prep
- Prompt medication
- Light shopping
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Enhanced DBS
